WHAT IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road is the ultimate holiday experience. Expect to see some larger than life holiday displays, thousands of lights, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Elves, countless candy canes and all of your favorite holiday cheer!  Immerse yourselves in a winter wonderland featuring a gift shop, food trucks, our holiday bars and tons of other “Instagrammable” moments for all to enjoy! Come experience what everyone is talking about! 

WHEN IS HOLIDAY ROAD?
Holiday Road takes place from November 24th to December 27th. We open our doors at 4:30pm and close at 9:30pm. Designated time slots for entry start at 5:00pm for every 30 minutes and end at 8:00pm. Advanced ticket purchase is required unless we are not sold out that day, in which case you can purchase on site for a premium. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to our parking lot will close at 9:00pm. The entrance to the trail will close at 9:15pm. Food trucks will stop serving at 9:00pm and the bars will stop serving at 9:00pm.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?

The trail itself is a walking trail and it is self-guided. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend one to one and a half hours in total on the grounds engaging in both our pre show area and the walking trail. Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, capture those instagrammable moments, join in the fun with interactive experiences or visit holiday bars for a seasonal cocktail to take with you on the trail!

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site from a rotation of LA’s top food trucks and vendors. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. There will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 21+ years of age at our Holiday Bars. The trucks will stop serving at 9:00pm and the bars will stop serving at 9:00pm.

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE RESTROOMS?

Yes, there are bathrooms located in multiple areas of the grounds. We have bathrooms in our parking lot, our pre-show, and out on the trail for use.

IS THERE PARKING AT HOLIDAY ROAD ?

Yes, there is parking which must be purchased in advance through our website where Admission Tickets are purchased. 
Access to the lot is through your pre-purchased Parking Pass.

Please Note: Buses and large camper vehicles are not permitted.

IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable. Our show will operate rain or shine.

HOW CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER WITH ANY QUESTIONS?
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We encourage you to have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app or alternatively, print a copy of your ticket for scanning upon arrival.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN’T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

Yes, each ticket has its own QR code for entry per person. Each person must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.

IS THERE SECURITY AT HOLIDAY ROAD?

Attendees will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone. Please downsize any purses or bags you are bringing with you. All bags will be searched.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds at all of our properties, only service animals.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds at any of our venues

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER?

The event will operate in rain, snow or sunshine. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are non-refundable, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.

Is Holiday Road ADA accessible?

Yes our property is ADA accessible and has ADA restrooms located on site. Please be mindful that there are several different terrains on the grounds of King Gillette Ranch that you will traverse including dirt and asphalt. Our trail has seating in our pre show zone and a rest stop halfway through the walking experience. If you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to info@rosedaygrandprix.com

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry. If you violate and of the below guidelines, Holiday Road reserves the right to refuse entry or remove you from the event without refund.

Tickets

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Tickets are $24.99 and up depending on the day you attend and the time of the season. Your ticket is valid for 1 person each. Children 2 years and under are free and do not require a ticket, however, please be sure to purchase a ticket for every other person you are attending the show with. In addition to your Admission Tickets be sure to purchase your Parking Pass to access our parking lot. If you are being dropped off at the show you do not need a Parking Pass. Ticket prices may increase post our pre-sale period

WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

We allow only a certain number of people to enter the event per time slot as there is a limited capacity and number of tickets we can extend for each time listed.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?

You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their time slot for the evening. You will be allowed to access the trail for the ticket time you purchased.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

If we are not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the door for a premium. We encourage you to visit the website and pre-purchase tickets.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets are non-refundable. The event will operate rain or shine.

CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

Unfortunately no, you may not change your time slot for a purchased ticket.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY TICKET TO THE EVENT?

Yes, all tickets are scanned upon arrival. We can scan your phone or printed a ticket for entry.
